In-scope is the managed platform: patching, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning and reporting. Application-layer work outside the platform is scoped separately.
Is there a contract lock-in?
Typically a 12-month initial term with clear exit and handover rights, so you are never trapped on a platform we run.
